Baking bread for Haille's assistance dog

We were considering baking bread in our cafe so we took up a course in bread baking with the help of Dirk from the bannenton man.  We had some great success in baking bread, all bread that we baked was sold through the shop and proceeds went to help young Haille purchase her very own assistance dog.  It was great fun learning how to bake bread and gain an appreciation of just how much work goes into making a great sourdough bread.  Thanks again Dirk for your guidance using your proofing baskets
